Highlights:

Shared Call: 1 in 5 call schedule

• Clinical Services: In-office procedures include hysteroscopy, LEEP, endometrial ablations, IUD, and endometrial biopsy

Surgical Mentorship: Skilled certified robotic surgeons within practice; da Vinci® Xi robot access at Phoenixville Tower Health Hospital

Hospital Affiliation:

Team Composition: 11 Providers and growing

Patient Volume: 25 patients per day and 40 deliveries per month

Schedule: Varies with a focus on work-life balance

Mentorship: Excellent support for surgical training and development

Pay or shift range: $250,000 USD to $315,000 USD The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. However, final offers may fall outside this range based on experience, skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. This range is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits.
