Responsibilities- Storm water management design
- Site design
- Site utility design
- Land development plan preparation
- PennDOT/DEP permitting
- Erosion and sediment control plan
- Site grading
- Preparing project proposals, contracts, and reports
- Attend municipal and client meetings
- Client and project management
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) / EIT certification or intent to pursue
- Some relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team; ability to work in the office, as needed, for training sessions and meetings
This is an entry- or mid-level engineer role within the land development team in our Phoenixville, PA office. Projects may include commercial & industrial land developments, institutional developments (e.g., schools), and residential subdivisions.
