FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. Our Esthetics program is built on high‑quality, results‑driven treatments with the latest advances in skincare. Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post‑treatment homecare recommendations, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual."

• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you work.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
• Provide a world‑class client experience by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals.
• Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership.
• Participate in hands‑on training as well as workshops and webinars.
