Caregiver (Full Time / Part Time)

Brandywine Living at Upper Providence

Employment Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time (3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am)
Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Additional compensation based on experience and qualifications)

Assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in their care plan
• Maintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents
• Escort residents to meals and activities
• Ensure all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts
• Document all services provided to your assigned residents during your shift
• Report any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification plus High School Diploma
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population, preferred dementia experience

• Require standing, walking, sitting, using fine and gross motor skills, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, hearing, and smelling
• Must lift or carry up to 50 lbs with proper body mechanics
