Bilingual Manager
McDonald's is looking for experienced shift managers to lead daily operations, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. Candidates must be 18+ and have previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
Responsibilities- Lead shifts every week, ensuring excellent quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
