Education Assistance with ASCEND
Adult Services is looking for a QIDP Supervisor for our Community Residential Homes, which provides housing and care for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a QIDP Supervisor you will direct the daily operation of the assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs. Consults with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.
Schedule:
8:30‑5pm Monday‑Friday with an on‑call rotation.
New Rate: $48,000.00 – $54,720.00.

Qualifications- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
- At least three (3) years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
- Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model.
- Complete eight days of new hire orientation class.
- Possess a valid license.
- Physically able to walk, sit, and stand for significant amounts of time; lift up to 75‑100 lbs.; perform repetitive wrist/hand movements; normal hearing and vision; use computers and office equipment occasionally; drive Devereux vehicles for business purposes; meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
