QIDP Program Supervisor Country Club – Devereux

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to maximizing human potential and independence. We are seeking a Program Supervisor with experience supervising staff and ensuring quality programming and regulatory compliance.

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs.
• Consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, adherence to policy and procedures, and training/mentoring of staff.
• Ensure effective use of crisis prevention/intervention, trauma‑informed care, and emergency procedures.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in human services.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
• Empathetic, team‑player, excellent written and verbal communication, energetic, creative, and a positive role model.
• Able to complete eight days of new‑hire orientation and possess a valid license.
• Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift up to 75–100 lbs, perform repetitive wrist/hand movements, and use computers.
• Must meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.

Salary Range: $48,000.00 – $54,720.00 (New Rate).

Schedule:

8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday‑Friday with an on‑call rotation.

Location:

Berwyn, PA (main campus). The QIDP Supervisor will work in the Community Residential Homes providing housing and care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
