We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high-speed manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing problems, and keeping production moving. You’ll work closely with plant leadership and machine operators to maintain, repair, and improve our equipment and operations.

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Assist machine operators during equipment startup and production issues
• Diagnose problems quickly to minimize downtime
• Perform equipment installations, adjustments, and calibrations
• Use hand tools, welders (stick required), cutting torch, and grinders to make repairs and fabricate parts
• Train and assist coworkers with routine maintenance tasks
• Work with the Plant Manager and General Manager to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform other maintenance‑related duties as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with mechanical repairs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
• Stick welding experience required (MIG/TIG a plus)
• Ability to work safely and follow all environmental, health, and safety standards
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable, motivated, and punctual
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including overtime and Saturdays when needed
• Able to communicate and follow instructions in English as required by safety and job performance standard

• $29 – $32 per hour
