Meat & Dairy Stocker – Part‑Time

Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for Part‑time Meat & Dairy Stockers to join the team!

Weekly Requirements: Part-time, up to 24 hours a week. One weekend shift is required each week.

Availability: Various shifts available Sunday‑Monday between the hours of 7 am‑8:30 pm.

Pay: $16.00 hourly to start, depending on experience.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Benefits: Part‑time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401(k) with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receiving and stocking all incoming refrigerated and frozen items including fresh meat and fish, local eggs and dairy, bakery, and specialty products.
• Stocks and handles product following guidelines for time and temperature demands.
• Rotating back stock on a first‑in first‑out basis.
• Working in collaboration with the Perishable Department Head to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date product signage throughout the entire department.
• Follows the established KWF SOP for maintaining abundant, dynamic, and fresh displays throughout the entire department.
• Understands KWF inventory management practices.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.

• Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell) – the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co‑workers.
• Lifting, gripping, and carrying objects – up to 50‑75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.
• Stooping, squatting, & kneeling – stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Walking – short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
• Standing – prolonged standing.
• Work environment – movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather than sedentary (sitting).
• Climate – ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back‑stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
