Delaware Valley Paving provided pay range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of trucks and heavy equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job documentation
- Identify mechanical issues and recommend repairs
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
- Assist in ordering parts and maintaining an organized shop
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic
- Strong knowledge of both truck and equipment repair (preferred)
- Possess or willing to obtain a CDL and PA Inspection License (preferred)
- Ability to work 50 hours/week and occasional overtime
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
