Wednesdays - Fridays: 4:45 AM – 10:00 AM & Saturdays: 6:45 AM – 12:00 PM.

Do you love connecting with people and sharing your knowledge about fitness? We are looking for a fitness coach to join our team at the Y. We spend our days connecting people of all abilities to healthier lifestyles. Whether helping someone new to fitness feel comfortable, teaching members how to use equipment or keeping the center clean and safe, we change lives and make a positive impact on our Y community.

• High School degree or equivalent
• Fitness experience preferred
• Enjoyment from working with people on a fitness floor
• Excitement about helping members learn new equipment
• Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members and building relationships

• Engage members to foster a safe and rewarding fitness experience
• Build strong relationships with members and guests to facilitate their fitness goals
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and clean fitness floor
• Provide a friendly and encouraging environment for members in the usage of fitness and wellness programs and services
• Have an understanding and provide basic information to members on exercising and health and wellness

• Support from an amazing team which includes training you on expectations
