Mens Soccer Assistant Coach

Job Summary

Duties will include assisting in managing all aspects of the men's soccer sport program, including coaching, budgeting, and recruiting, while fully supporting the athletic department's philosophy of training student-athletes to be Christ-centered leaders through the platform of athletics.

• Assist the Head Coach with duties as assigned.
• Planning and supervising training sessions.
• Assist with fundraising support.
• Recruiting players.

• The desire to grow, develop, and mature, both spiritually and professionally.
• The ability to create and maintain a Christian professional atmosphere in all internal and external relationships.
• A spirit of cooperation and willingness to serve as a team.
• A professional appearance.

• Identifier salvation experience.
• Pattern of spiritual development characterized by prayer, Bible study, and regular attendance at a local church or involvement in church ministry.
• A commitment to ministry and encouragement of others toward the same.

• Bachelor's degree in a Health Services-related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Highly organized, motivated, and energetic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High degree of initiative and commitment to the mission of the institution, to equity, and to diversity.

Bachelor's Degree or related job experience of 1-2 years preferred.
