Forklift Distribution Associate

Our client, a leading organization in distribution and logistics, is seeking a Forklift Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Forklift Distribution Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phoenixville, PA

Pay Range: $19.45

Shift: 10pm - 6:30am

• Operate material handling equipment such as Stock Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance Forklifts, and Electric Pallet Jacks safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound freight, inspect pallets for damages, and validate paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Process customer returns, repackage or repair items as necessary, and document return transactions.
• Prepare and stage shipments, apply labels, and load trucks securely for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all policies and procedures.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; warehouse/distribution experience helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Background check and drug test required.
