In ottica di rafforzamento del nostro Team Customer Service, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Service Specialist da inserire nella nostra sede di Piacenza, all’interno di un team strutturato dedicato alla gestione e al miglioramento dell’esperienza post‑vendita.
La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo, monitoraggio e coordinamento dell’attività di post vendita con un focus particolare sulla Private label.
Responsabilità
Gestire lo sviluppo, la gestione e il monitoraggio della rete dei Centri Assistenza Tecnica (CAT) a livello nazionale.
Gestire i claim dei clienti, incluse le casistiche critiche, e proporre miglioramenti.
Coordinare le attività di post vendita, garantendo un'esperienza cliente eccellente.
