Local employer is looking for a child caregiver with a minimum of 6 months experience. Will be attending to children at a child care institution. Will perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, overseeing play, and learning. Days and hours to be arranged. This is a full‑time position. Must have HS Diploma.
Preferred Candidate Will Have- CDA
- Experience in licensed childcare (infant/toddlers preferred)
- Knowledge of child development and best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical needs of the job.
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean background check.
- Friendly, nurturing and patient personality.
Your role is to provide responsive, loving care to infants and toddlers (6 weeks to 3 years), leading their daily routines: feeding, diapering, napping, and play. You'll keep parents informed and engaged, documenting growth and milestones. You must be a team player with fellow care‑givers and staff and maintain a clean, organized and safe space.
