Overview:

Southern Physical Therapy Clinic is experiencing growth and is now hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for an Outpatient Clinic with a pediatrics focus in Picayune, MS. While full-time is preferred, candidates with part-time or PRN availability will also be considered.

Caseload / Patient Population:

• The Occupational Therapist will manage a caseload that includes general orthopedics, neurological cases, and hand and upper extremity cases. However, the primary focus will be on pediatric patients.
• This is a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that includes Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Full-time OTs typically complete 45-55 patient visits per week.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position working Monday - Friday.
• No weekends or holidays required.
• The work schedule can be flexible based on the needs of the candidate.
• Clinic hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 6 pm
  • Friday: 7 am - 12 pm

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate starting around $32 per hour for new graduates, with increases based on experience.
