The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist provides evidence-based, child-centered speech and language therapy in an outpatient pediatric setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children communicate, value meaningful one-on-one care, and are seeking a sustainable alternative to high-volume school-based caseloads.
Clinical Focus- Pediatric speech and language disorders
- Early intervention
- Articulation and phonology
- Expressive and receptive language delays
- Feeding and swallowing
- Autism spectrum disorders
- Developmental delays
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven plans of care
- Deliver play-based, evidence-based pediatric therapy
- Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation per clinic and state standards
- Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and support staff in a team-based environment
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Flexible scheduling options (8/10/12 Hours shifts available)
- Daytime hours
- No weekends

- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
