Position Overview

The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist provides evidence-based, child-centered speech and language therapy in an outpatient pediatric setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping children communicate, value meaningful one-on-one care, and are seeking a sustainable alternative to high-volume school-based caseloads.

  • Pediatric speech and language disorders

  • Expressive and receptive language delays
  • Feeding and swallowing
  • Autism spectrum disorders
  • Developmental delays
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven plans of care
  • Deliver play-based, evidence-based pediatric therapy
  • Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation per clinic and state standards
  • Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and support staff in a team-based environment
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Flexible scheduling options (8/10/12 Hours shifts available)
  • Daytime hours
  • No weekends
  • No on-call requirements

Qualifications Education
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Licensure & Certification
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Experience
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates are welcome and supported
