Working closely with senior leaders, you'll take ownership of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls while helping to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

As Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information while providing insight that supports business growth and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes
• Providing financial analysis and performance reporting to senior management
• Managing month‑end and year‑end activities
• Maintaining strong financial controls and governance
• Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and reporting accuracy
• Supporting audit and statutory reporting requirements
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
  
  Partnering with operational managers to improve business performance
• Leading, mentoring and developing members of the finance team

To be successful in this Finance Manager role, you'll have:

• Experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Management Accountant or similar position
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
• Qualified, part‑qualified or qualified by experience status
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
• Experience improving finance processes and controls
• Strong Excel and finance systems experience
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
