This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity with pay increases after probation and clear opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.

What You'll Get

Starting pay of £12.75 per hour
Weekly attendance bonus during probation
Increased pay to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks
Overtime paid at £17.75 - £18.56 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Operating mould and press machinery
Assembling and quality-checking products
Working within extrusion and paint plant areas
Labelling and packing finished products
Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards
Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive production team

Production or warehouse experience is helpful, but not essential as full training is provided

Shift Pattern

12-hour shifts on a rotating 3-shift pattern
Candidates must be able to work all shifts.

Days:
Wednesday to Friday 7:50am - 8:00pm - 2 rest days

Nights:
Monday to Wednesday 7:50pm - 8:00am - 4 rest days

Split

Shift:

Monday & Tuesday - Days - 1 rest day
Thursday & Friday - Nights - 4 rest days
