District Nurse; SHaR

An opportunity has arisen for a District Nurse with the specialist practitioner qualification to join the Community District Nursing team in South Hambleton & North Ryedale.

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, innovative and committed District Nurse with experience of caseload management and multidisciplinary working, together with excellent communication skills, resilience and great leadership skills.

The role requires the nurse to motivate and support others through change in order to maintain the delivery of high quality, compassionate, proactive and safe care. The nurse must be able to transport themselves and equipment across the locality during a normal working day.

Specialist practitioner qualification; experience of caseload management; experience working across multidisciplinary teams; excellent communication, resilience and leadership skills.
