Billing Analyst at Black & McDonald

This role requires 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong focus on high-volume collections and billing accuracy. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong client relationships. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial in managing the billing cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate customer invoices accurately

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and manage collections

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies effectively

• Perform cash application and account reconciliations

• Collaborate with project teams for accurate billing inputs

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in accounts receivable or billing

• Experience in project-based or construction settings

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)

• Excellent Excel and analytical skills

• Effective communication with clients and teams
