Finance Accounting Clerk Marianhill

Marianhill seeks an Accounting Clerk – Finance with strong organization, accuracy, and analytical skills. This position supports accounting operations and periodic financial reporting.

As part of Marianhill, a faith-based not-for-profit organization, you will assist the Director of Finance and Administration. Responsibilities include accounting duties, payroll backup, and preparing periodic financial reports. Duties follow established policies, procedures, current legislation, and Marianhill’s Mission Statement.

• Assist the Director with periodic financial reports
• Complete accounting duties according to established procedures
• Back up payroll functions when required
• Apply accounting practices and internal controls
• Prioritize work to meet firm deadlines

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively
• English proficiency required;
  French proficiency is an asset
