BriefRole Description
The Customer Operations Admin Representative is responsible for handling all inbound and outbound documentation to the Pickering Office, ensuring scanning and archiving in our system of record. Manage checks daily deposits and prepare/courier VCCI cheques to vendors and customers.
Reports to:
Operations Support Supervisor.
Location:
On-site (Pickering Office). Grade: III.
- Receive and identify all checks (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post) to ensure correct account is associated with payment; prepare, sort and process daily deposit; print and courier VCCI checks.
- Open, sort and scan inbound mail, including funding and Transfer of equity packages, to store a copy in our system of record; archive documents into a folder to be sent for outside storage.
- Validate signature and verify information on original documentation received for electronic contracts.
- Print, prepare and courier outbound mail initiated by Customer Operations and Customer Advocacy groups.
- Support Customer operations with administrative daily tasks including managing the inbox for various departments.
- High school Diploma
- Preferred:
College diploma
- 1 year of experience with administrative tasks
- Preferred: 1 to 3 years of related work experience
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
- Attention to detail
Salary is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. The salary for this role is $45,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
