Canada Life is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for its Disability Management Services Office. In this full-time role, you will manage vital administrative tasks and phone reception to support the team effectively.
This position requires proficiency in key software and strong organizational abilities. You will handle invoices, correspondence, and maintain crucial employee and client data in Canada Life’s systems. Investigating and resolving returned mail issues will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pay invoices and manage phone inquiries efficiently
• Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence
• Scan documents and set tasks for the team
• Maintain and update client and employee information
• Distribute files requested from the Records Centre
Requirements:
• Completion of high school or equivalent
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliability Status Security Clearance necessary
