Support the operational backbone of Volkswagen Financial Services in Pickering as an Admin Representative. This key position focuses on documentation management and check processing in a dynamic office setting.
As a Customer Operations Admin Representative, you'll report to the Operations Support Supervisor and play a pivotal role in managing documentation and daily deposits. Your tasks will include sorting inbound mail, verifying contract details, and assisting with other administrative duties. Strong communication skills in both French and English are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all checks received via various courier services
• Open, scan, and process inbound mail accurately
• Validate documentation for electronic contracts
• Courier outbound correspondence for operations
• Assist with inbox management across departments
Requirements:
• High school diploma, college diploma preferred
• At least 1 year of related administrative experience
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Strong attention to detail needed
• Experience with customer operations is beneficial
