Administrative Training Support Specialist

In this role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support for training initiatives, ensuring that all processes align with quality standards. Work with various stakeholders to prepare course materials, track compliance, and communicate effectively across teams. Your organizational skills will contribute to a seamless experience for all training participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and prepare training course materials and schedules
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with onboarding and training logistics
• Support weekly reporting and program updates
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of administrative experience in HR or training
• Knowledge of training administration and onboarding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with training platforms is advantageous
