Become a key player at Deep-Water Intake Group as a Document Controller. This role supports the refurbishment of the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station by ensuring efficient document management practices.
As an experienced Document Controller with 5-7 years in the construction sphere, you will be accountable for managing the document control processes in tandem with project requirements.
Your role will involve close collaboration with construction teams and attention to document accuracy and compliance, enhancing the integrity of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee document management through EDMS and workflows
• Establish and refine document control procedures
• Manage documents like change orders and engineering specs
• Ensure timely distribution of documents among project teams
• Verify accuracy and completeness of essential documentation
Requirements:
• 5-7 years experience in document control
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field
• Proficient with EDMS ACONEX
• Hands-on experience with large scale construction projects
• Strong focus on detail and organizational skills
