Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide assistance in-person and by phone
• Source and order automotive parts from authorized suppliers
• Process returns, warranties, and related transactions
• Recommend additional products for customer needs
• Test and fill batteries, starters, and alternators
Requirements:
• No prior experience needed; training provided
• Strong willingness to work various shifts
• Ability to handle physical activities with lifting
• Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
