Join VINCI Construction Grands Projets Canada as a Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of vital upgrades at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. Ensure safety and project efficiency.
In this leadership role, you will provide comprehensive on-site management for the refurbishment project that involves constructing a deep-water intake in Lake Ontario. Your extensive experience in civil construction (10–15 years) will enable you to lead safety protocols and coordinate across diverse teams to meet construction benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct subcontractor teams and maintain project goals
• Monitor project safety and implement best practices
• Oversee all construction activities and schedules
• Ensure quality control of all work performed on-site
• Keep accurate records of costs and activities
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in a similar Superintendent role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction regulations
• Advanced skills in using scheduling software
