Electrician General Foreman at Aecon Nuclear

Lead construction activities as an Electrician General Foreman with Aecon Nuclear on the Excitation System upgrade at Ontario Power Generation. Oversee project compliance, quality, and safety standards for a successful refurbishment.

This role involves supervising and coordinating construction activities under the guidance of the Electrical Superintendent. As a key player in the refurbishment project starting in 2026, you will manage subcontractors, enhance productivity, and maintain safety compliance while liaising with clients and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Ensure all work complies with safety and environmental policies

• Develop and update project schedules with the Electrical Superintendent

• Supervise trades personnel and subcontractors on-site

• Maintain accurate field documentation and training records

Requirements:

• 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician Certification required

• Minimum five years of construction supervision experience

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety standards

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
