This position involves the supervision of construction activities as part of Ontario Power Generation's significant Excitation System replacement project. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, maintaining safety standards, and fostering excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction compliance with specifications and quality standards

• Create detailed look-ahead schedules for team execution

• Develop recovery strategies for project schedule challenges

• Ensure all personnel meet required qualifications and training

• Interface with various stakeholders, ensuring all needs are addressed

Requirements:

• Must hold 309A Electrician Certification

• Five years of experience in construction supervision

• Knowledge of safety practices and construction methods

• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

• Strong supervisory and communication skills
