Position: Electrician Foreman Role – Aecon Nuclear Project
Take charge as the Electrician Foreman for Aecon Nuclear at Ontario Power Generation, ensuring safe and efficient construction practices during the Excitation System refurbishment starting in 2026.

You will work under the Electrical Superintendent to manage field activities, subcontractor scheduling, and safety training compliance. This pivotal role involves not only supervising trades but also developing recovery strategies should the project schedule face challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise trades and subcontractors effectively on-site

• Create detailed look-ahead project schedules

• Enforce compliance with safety and environmental policies

• Monitor project progress and productivity daily

• Document all aspects of the project diligently

Requirements:

Required:

309A Electrician Certification

• Minimum five years of experience in construction supervision

• Strong construction knowledge and safety regulation understanding

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
