Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction compliance with project drawings and specifications

• Develop detailed schedules in collaboration with supervisors

• Assist in implementing recovery strategies for projects

• Direct General Forepersons and trades on project execution

• Maintain field documentation including safety and training records

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or related experience required

• 5+ years in construction and subcontractor supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation

• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication

• Proven leadership in managing construction teams
