Intermediate Site Superintendent Civil Division

Maple Reinders is hiring an Intermediate Site Superintendent to manage civil construction projects across Ontario. Drive infrastructure initiatives focusing on clean energy and wastewater.

As an integral part of Maple Reinders' Civil Division, you will oversee project teams and ensure successful execution of heavy civil and environmental projects. This role requires a candidate with significant construction experience and leadership capabilities to mentor site staff effectively. You will engage with projects exceeding $50 million in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA East).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery adhering to timelines and budgets

• Develop effective communication between field and office staff

• Support field teams through leadership and guidance

• Monitor site operations with an emphasis on safety

• Facilitate succession planning and team development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in construction leadership roles

• Mandatory experience in heavy civil wastewater projects

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent certification

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications

• Capacity for site-based work and flexibility
