Position: Concrete Foreman for Duffin Creek Project
Lead concrete operations for the Duffin Creek WWTP project in Pickering, ON with Maple Reinders. This hands-on role focuses on safe and efficient concrete work while meeting project goals.

As an experienced Concrete Foreman, you will supervise field crews on day-to-day tasks, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety regulations. You'll coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers, driving productivity and performance within the team. This leadership position is ideal for candidates with a strong background in concrete construction and effective crew management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise concrete crews during daily operations

• Plan formwork and coordinate concrete placement

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings

• Monitor productivity and workmanship efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience

• Previous Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of concrete forming and finishing

• Ability to perform layout and verify elevations

• Heavy civil experience is beneficial
