Position: Nuclear Project Area Manager at AtkinsRéalis
Become an integral part of AtkinsRéalis as the Area Manager SGR, focusing on the Pickering Steam Generators Replacement program. Drive project execution with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership in a nuclear setting.

Your accountability spans all aspects of the planning and execution process, with direct reporting to the SGR Deputy Project Director. You'll embody a collaborative approach while managing diverse teams across engineering, training, and civil works, ensuring that safety standards and contractual obligations are met seamlessly, fostering communication and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and readiness activities for the project

• Ensure compliance with safety and budget requirements

• Maintain stakeholder communications and project reporting

• Identify and act on project threats and opportunities

• Facilitate effective team collaboration across project phases

Requirements:

• Technical degree with 3-5 years of nuclear experience

• Expertise in project planning and budget management

• Knowledge of EPC contractor processes

• Proven leadership within nuclear refurbishment projects

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
