Assistant Superintendent for Construction Projects

Join Maple Reinders as Assistant Superintendent on the Duffin Creek project in Pickering, Ontario. This position demands strong site management skills for effective project execution.

In this role, you will play a key part in assisting with site management for multiple phases of the Duffin Creek Water Pollution Control Plant project. Candidates should have between 6 months to 1 year of relevant supervision experience along with post-secondary education. You will oversee subcontractors, ensure communication of project scopes, and keep the project aligned with budget and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site staff, materials, and equipment allocation

• Supervise subcontractor work for quality control

• Ensure project plans are executed effectively

• Communicate clearly with all project trades

• Troubleshoot site operations as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months construction supervision experience

• Post-secondary education or equivalent CET

• Familiarity with MS Office tools essential

• Ability to travel as required for projects

• Flexibility to meet various site demands
