Aecon is seeking an EHS Advisor with a minimum of three years' experience in Health and Safety, especially in the construction sector. This role involves engaging with team members to promote safety programs, conduct training, and lead field observations. Your contributions will significantly influence the efficacy of safety protocols on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit Project EHS Programs for continuous improvement
• Support training on safety procedures and compliance standards
• Track and manage safety-related statistics and cases
• Perform on-site safety observations and reporting
• Assist in developing Safe Work Plans and JSA assessments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Health and Safety
• Relevant qualifications (CHSO, CRSP, etc.) are assets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS software
• Flexibility for site demands including shift work
• Ability to work in nuclear environments with security clearance
