Join Aecon in a crucial role supporting the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Project. As an EHS Advisor, you will be integral in enforcing health and safety regulations while fostering an inclusive environment. Promote effective safety procedures, conduct field observations, and develop work plans to enhance project safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce and audit EHS programs for safety compliance
• Train project staff on conventional safety procedures
• Conduct field observations and behavioral assessments
• Manage Return to Work and track safety statistics
• Support the Human Performance program activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in Health and Safety within construction
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Certifications like CHSO, CRSP, or CSP preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS software
• Night shift availability and security clearance preferred
