This role involves providing expert HS&E guidance, maintaining documentation, and supporting audits and investigations within Ledcor’s operations. Working closely with field leadership and subcontractors, you will address safety concerns and promote excellence in health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of construction sites
• Provide HS&E support to supervisors and project teams
• Maintain project-specific HS&E plans and procedures
• Develop and revise HS&E standards and policies
• Deliver training programs and safety communications
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years in Health & Safety for ICI projects
• Bachelor's in Health, Safety, and Environmental or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction methods and compliance regulations
• Experience in HS&E audits and risk assessments
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
