R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited seeks a Contract Administrator / Construction Inspector with one to five years of experience. The work combines project coordination, construction inspection, contract documentation, and stakeholder communication. You will support commercial, industrial, institutional, and land development projects throughout Ontario.

• Administer construction projects from tender through project closeout
• Inspect sites for conformance with documents, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare tender documents, inspection reports, and payment certificates
• Coordinate clients, contractors, municipalities, utilities, and consultants
• Review changes, as-builts, and closeout documentation

• One to five years of contract administration and construction review experience
• Diploma in civil or construction engineering technology
• Ability to interpret contract documents and construction drawings
• Knowledge of Canadian standards and regulatory requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
