Support civil construction projects as an Assistant Project Coordinator with Maple Reinders in an office or site-based co-op placement. Microsoft Excel experience supports project documentation and coordination.
This Assistant Project Coordinator role supports Project Managers and Superintendents across civil projects. You will maintain contract records, assist estimating, and help prepare budgets and schedules. The work includes Design Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain purchase order, shop drawing, submittal, and plan logs
- Support estimating and preparation of project budgets and schedules
- Clarify work scopes with sub-trades and suppliers
- Track inventory and scheduled supply deliveries
- Attend site meetings and assist with project deficiencies
- Full-time enrollment in a related post-secondary program
- Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering studies
- New graduates who completed related studies in 2026
- Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel experience is an asset
- Vehicle required for locations inaccessible by public transit
