Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend moving services and products based on customer specifications.
• Input information into internal software to provide accurate moving estimates.
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls and handle concerns professionally.
• Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage customer data effectively.
• Confidence to initiate customer contact and ask for the sale.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
