Responsibilities

Pickering Honda, a proud member of Drive Autogroup, is currently looking for a Valet Attendant/Lot Attendant to join our growing team. As a Valet Attendant you will be responsible for creating a lasting and outstanding customer service experience for all Pickering Honda Service Drive customers that you encounter. You should always ensure that you are friendly and approachable. The responsibilities include the following:

  • Promptly greet customers as they arrive in a friendly, upbeat and positive manner
  • Personalize every interaction with customers by answering questions, providing directions, and directing them to appropriate personnel as needed
  • Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow through the Service Drive
  • Pick up customer vehicles
  • Organize vehicle inventory in an orderly and easy to navigate fashion
  • Arrange for prompt parking in a safe and friendly manner
  • Wash and clean vehicles as needed
  • Help to maintain shop cleanliness and lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
  • Perform all other related job duties as required by management
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Great organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
