As a Member Services Representative, you will engage with members and guests, assist with front desk inquiries, and help optimize user accounts. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests

• Handle all front desk activities and phone inquiries

• Facilitate member account updates and tours

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the club

• Assist with any special cleaning projects as directed

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High School diploma or GED required

• Experience in customer service preferred

• Basic computer proficiency required

• Ability to work well both independently and in teams
