Your role includes assisting clients with their financing inquiries efficiently, both remotely and at our office.
Bring your communication skills and customer service expertise to Lend Care, a trusted name in point-of-sale financing. You’ll tackle inquiries, collaborate with various departments, and use your insights to elevate business performance. The ideal candidate should adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and possess a strong understanding of MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Manage account modifications and payment requests
• Provide feedback to improve service processes
• Record communications and review customer accounts
• Stay knowledgeable about all available products
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or a call center
• Excellent communication abilities
• Capability to multi-task effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
