Deliver exceptional service as a Bilingual Partner Support Representative age with partners through calls and emails to provide tailored solutions and support their needs.
In this pivotal role with Lend Care, you will be part of a fast-growing team at one of Canada’s leading financing providers. Your exceptional communication skills in English and French will be key as you address partner inquiries and collaborate across departments. Taking accountability for resolving partner issues is essential for empowering Canadians in their financial journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding service to enhance partner experience
• Address inquiries through inbound calls and emails
• Engage partners with probing questions for better understanding
• Liaise between partners and internal departments
• Solve partner issues from beginning to end
Requirements:
• Fully Bilingual in English and French
• 1-2 years in customer service or call center roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Competency in MS Office
• Ability to work on Saturdays
