As a CSR within GFL, you will work under the customer service manager's guidance. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, maintaining KPIs, and ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via email and telephone. You will address customer needs effectively while contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer outstanding customer service through high volume communication
• Collaborate with sales representatives for support and inquiries
• Ensure timely, accurate responses to customer requests
• Maintain monthly and quarterly KPIs for service performance
• Verify work orders for dispatch readiness
Requirements:
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proficient in computer use
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
