As a Customer Service Motivator, you will be the first point of contact for members and prospective clients, ensuring an engaging and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include checking in members, handling phone inquiries, providing guidance on fitness equipment, and sharing detailed information about memberships and services. Every interaction is vital in promoting a positive experience for everyone who enters the club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members upon arrival

• Handle incoming calls and messages with efficiency

• Assist members with queries about fitness equipment

• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers

• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the club

Requirements:

• CPR-AED Certification required

• Customer service experience in fitness preferred

• Strong communication skills essential

• Knowledge of fitness industry dynamics

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months
