This full-time position offers the chance to become permanent while focusing on customer claims and support. You will need knowledge of the Ship and Debit program and customer service procedures for effective resolution. This role demands a strong relationship focus, fostering communication and problem-solving across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and categorize Ship and Debit claims daily
• Contact customers for missing information promptly
• Validate and process claims efficiently using SAP
• Collaborate with Finance for credit resolutions
• Prepare necessary reports and analyses as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-3 months of related experience in customer service
• Understanding of finance or shipping procedures
• Strong communication skills required
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Utilize customer service skills to ensure effective management of claims and enhance customer relations at Hubbell Canada.
